Within 90 days of purchase, GoldMedia will accept the return of any single user license product purchased from our online store for a refund. To receive a refund, please email us with the following information:

• Your name
• The product you are returning
• Your order number (if you have it)
• The reason for the return

Note: Products purchased from sources other than GoldMedia' online store must be returned to the company where they were purchased and are subject to that company’s return policy.

The refund process takes two to three weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment.

Original media/shipping charges are not refunded.
